Cormezzano farm is in the Lunigiana, region of Tuscany, at the foot of the Apuan Alps, and reflects the Mori family’s passion for nature. The Mori family, farmers for seven generations, make hand-made craft cheeses, top-quality diary products, and genuine vacuum-packed meats which reflect our motto: "like things used to be".

These regional specialities from the Lunigiana are all made using traditional methods. The goodness of our craft cheeses has been highly praised by nutritionists and covered in the press and on the television.
